"Établissement au top. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème."

"The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. Good assortment of breakfast food but bacon needs a jackhammer to cut it, mushrooms and fried eggs tend to be very greasy. "This is a very nice, clean suite in an idyllic location, friendly staff when you see them and that’s all the positive I can say. For a “Curio Hilton”, the standards were certainly not up to par. The only other high amenity brand hotel was part of a huge resort and as I was solo traveling, I thought at the least this hotel would be the cozy setting I needed and even opted for the largest suite.
