"The room was very clean with one exception. We found cockroaches in the bathroom the first night. Management responded that they would treat the problem the next day. They did not. They did offer a 10% discount on another stay. Money off this stay would have been more appropriate. It’s unfortunate because the location was great. Probably would not return due to the pest issue not being resolved."

"Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly. Coming from a music & event background I’d suggest adding some sound absorbing elements to cut down on the cacophony."

"A nice stay, the employees were great. Elevators a little slow, and did not take advantage of the breakfast. Great location to both Main Street and the museums. Parking was also convenient and easy and I appreciate that it was included in the hotel room price. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Greenville."

"A very strange experience. Arrived in the afternoon and no one was there. No guests. No host. Walked into lobby and kitchen to find a phone number written on the wall to call for check-in. Called and spoked to someone who told me I should have received a welcome email (which I didn’t). There was no one on site in the whole building for the entire evening that I saw/heard. Not even sure the front door to the place was locked at night. . The room was fairly clean but there was no climate control. Wi-Fi was not working which also meant the Roku TV didn’t work. In the morning, no host at breakfast or checkout. Strange place."

"The room was filthy , bathroom need cleaning and updating, inside the bathroom is black need bleach to clean up , the sink was filthy underneath . rugs are old and smell bad, sheets with black stains and ripped, looks like the rugs have not cleaned for a while. The breakfast was very poor, no eggs at all."
