"The carpets were filthy. The rooms were extremely cold and the engineer could not help. The fabric of the chair in the room was totally worn out, you could see the stuffing. Food was overpriced. The worst hotel I have stayed in, and I have been travelling worldwide, even 3rd world countries, hotels were better, sorry for the name of Westin, Marriott."

"This hotel is convenient to the Zagreb airport, and very relaxed and comfortable, with a great little play area for kids. The Bistro onsite was one of the best meals we had on our whole trip, and the arrangement for ride to the airport for very early flight was easy."
