"I would not stay at this hotel again. The surrounding area felt very unsafe, especially as a woman traveling alone. There were many homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence nearby at all hours. The hotel itself seemed aware of the security concerns, as the entrance has two sets of doors that remain locked 24/7, and there was no visible staff monitoring the perimeter after 10 PM. The rooms were also disappointing. There are no individual climate control panels, so...

"The room is clean, staff is friendly. It would be nice if there was some bath products. This is one of the few hotels that I notice doesn’t have body lotion or toiletries. The location is great being next to the Byward market. The only down side is there are a lot of street vagrants and drug use. "
