The only negatives were that we couldn’t pay cash anywhere on the property except at the front desk. We had to charge everything to our room and go to the front desk to pay it off in cash. The other thing was none of the elevators have air conditioning so if it was full it was an extremely uncomfortable ride.Both were minor annoyances and wouldn’t stop us...

"Make sure you request the new side of the property. We were on the older side and the water did not come out of the faucet very well in the shower/bath. AC was amazingly cold!! We are 60 years old and had to lug heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly."

"Some of the rooms are newly remodeled, the paint and cleanliness of the place is good. Breakfast included was very good, lots of choices. Issues we had: our room smelled like mold and high humidity so we requested to change and they gave us another one with same issue, the third room was better not that much smell, but there was a big live roach in the bathroom."

The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal.
