"Very nice hotel. BUT for $400+ a night, you would think there would be hand towels, upscale toiletries and better bedding. The pull out sofa was not good and we had to call for more bedding. The restaurant was so-so. Every person we came in to contact with was so nice. Just feel for the money spent it could have been more five star….. truly."

"When we checked into the hotel, our room was 77°. The front desk was called three times and an employee did come up to “reset” the thermometer. We were told no other rooms were available and the room was still 77° when we checked out the next day. "

"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! "There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. "

"Absolutely beautiful facilities. Room was so comfortable and we loved having space! A comfortable couch, fireplace, desk, chairs....It was just great. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was HUGE! "

"The suite was pretty nice. Would have been 5 stars if they had had robes, extra blankets, a little hand soap in the bathroom and a battery in the smoke detector. We asked for blankets and robes, received 1 robe which was to small to wear, especially without a belt and a couple of sheets."

I got vouchers because I paid for breakfast in advance but could see what my bill would have been and I paid more when booking the room. "
