"This was the worst experience I have ever had. The car pulled up in front of a garage with no indication there was a hotel inside the building. We found an elevator at the back with no signage indicating there was a hotel or where the hotel was located. Once we found the floor the hotel was on we could not enter as the door was locked. We finally got the hotel clerk on the intercom who tried to tell us how to enter, but we could not understand him until several tries. He would not come to the...

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a charcuterie spread and pastries. Will fresh squeeze orange juice on request and will make eggs upon request. Coffee was excellent "

"The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it."
