"Atendente mau educada, as chaves são difíceis de abrir as portas, quase fiquei para fora do prédio, detalhe a noite e não tinha ninguém lá para ajudar abrir caso precisasse, banheiro cheio de mofo, cobrança extra, fala que tem estacionamento mas é mentira, é na rua. Não tem café da manhã, eles te dão um voucher para ir em uma cafeteria, podendo tomar só um café e um corneto, nem a foto do quarto condiz com a acomodação."

"Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had."
