"Hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean and rooms are spacious. It has a perfect location, close to the Eurostar station and the walkable city. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Sevrine who always asked about our day and called us by our names. The breakfast is ample and there is a water dispenser that you can use any time. The hotel sends an email before your visit asking if you need any further information or assistance, this is a lovely touch which I have not experienced before.I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"We had stayed 3 nights at this hotel and had a very positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there are so many nice restaurants nearby, and we just need a short walk to the most popular shopping areas as well. The room we booked is Superior Apartment, Ensuite. It’s spacious and just as described, perfect for family travellers."

"I really liked the hotel location and amenities. It was really confident for my short stay in Lille. The front desk staff was super kind and welcoming. My only complaint is with the cleaning service. Basic etiquette was not followed and I felt harassed by them with how insistent they were on making up the room, even in the day of my checkout. It’s unclear to me why they are not aware which rooms are checking out that day because they acted surprised when I said that. I was suffering from jet lag and had return d to my room to take a short nap before checkout time. I had placed the do not disturb sign, and kept they would not stop knocking. Luckily I learned from the day before and manually locked my door or I’m sure they would have entered again despite me saying I’m in the room. I’m very irritated because unless it’s an emergency, there is no a reason to bang a door down because the guest is not responding and it’s before checkout out time. I think it’s a fair assumption someone could be sleeping or occupied! Anyway you can bet they were back knocking at 11:59am for 12:00pm checkout 💀"
