"A small hotel in a small space but it has character and we prefer this over other faceless ones. Excellent and quiet location 3 minutes walk from Gare de Lille Flandres and 10 or so from Eurostar. Only a short walk the other way to the centre.
Crowded and small breakfast room but all fresh food and good choice. Staff always friendly. Super clean.
Highly recommended if you want value above luxury."

"We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. "

"Evening meal is available but booking is necessary. The host prepared asparagus and chicken stuffed with spinach and rice. Continental breakfast was very nice with eggs of your choice if required. The en-suite was very spacious with a very nice large walk in shower. "
