Our very large room had a comfortably sized newly renovated bathroom, but it seemed to have been designed by a 15 year-old boy with extremely limited experience actually using a bathroom for grooming purposes. "Stayed at the Strathallen for one night, as I had a high school reunion just a couple blocks away. Just a great property in a perfect location to be near a lot of Rochester attractions. The room was amazing, very large and in excellent condition. Perfect amenities, and a beautiful balcony overlooking part of the neighborhood. The restaurant and bar on the ground level were wonderful, with impeccable service. Highly recommended!"

"Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."

The rooms are tiny, small sink in room with a separate toilet and shower- this area is so small you can barely fit to get into shower. We were there for four days and received no housekeeping- asked several times each day. Staff made fun of my requests out loud saying I was demanding and annoying. Mini fridge is filled to the brim with mini bar items- you need to unload all items to use...

"Half was home from Maine the easy on and off highway options with great restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and easy. Only issue is the shower floor was slippery as was the bathroom floor because the fan wasn’t strong enough. Great place to stay the night for a road trip."

"The pool is truly disguising. I saw people look at it once and walk away. Very very loud hotel at all hours of the day, I was even advised by the front desk staff to not expect to sleep past 10AM ever at this hotel, even weekends, due to the constant noise, mostly from their own staff"

"The property is in very good shape and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I left a hat in my room and I was able to retrieve it a week later. Breakfast is not stellar but OK."
