I asked for 3 extra pillows for our group but apparently there was only one extra pillow available, It didnt appear to be a full hotel but I may have been wrong. We had a suite with both the bathroom door and the bedroom doors broken, laminate on both was split off the frame so very difficult to close and reopen.
