"After walking all the way to the gym and not being able to access it, I went to the desk and was told I needed a different key. That may be something that should be covered at check in. And when sitting in the lobby, enjoying the view or fireplace, the front desk staff may want to consider talking more quietly among themselves as the sound really travels throughout the space. It diminished the peaceful environment. Otherwise, the stay was absolutely lovely! Such a great setting and location. We hope to be back soon!"

"The night staff was not able to accept U$ cash payment. It had to go on my credit card. I took that to be a sign that the facility was cutting back on staff training and quality. In the morning when I needed to get another packet of decaf the front desk was deserted. I finally found room service on my floor and they were happy to oblige. If you can find a better deal, take it. There was no charging on site for electric cars. Not even a 120v plug!"

"This hotel was great! Super clean, friendly staff - especially Jeremy - restaurant and pool very fun… would highly recommend super easy area to get around in and safe! "

"Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules."

"DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you have children or are a person of color. My Kids and I had the WORST experience here. For starters there is mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom, rooms are dirty, they left a used bar soap in the shower along with hairs. The floor was sticky at the entrance next to the fridge and our window was broken from the outside. The racism and humiliation I experienced from the manager I do not wish upon even an enemy. I was yelled at and belittled in front of my 5yr old child. All because she threw up on the bed sheets that I offered to pay for if necessary. After paying an insane amount for the dirty linen I was told I had to leave and they’d no longer be doing business with me. As I walked away the manager said “it’s always people like them!” and continued to yell racist and disgusting things no human should ever have to hear. I gladly left this place and am yet to receive a refund for the remainder of my nights paid for. "
