"Exactly what is advertised."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait."

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!"

"AC did work. very small and old. The bed was comfortable and the woman was very nice , even if she never did get the light replaced in the bathroom. Located very close to the airport which was handy but noisy."

"Staff was not on shift at 9 am for assistance. Television remote control would not turn volume up or down, hallways were horrible ( dirty ) and smelling like weed, crack and cigarettes’ yet they insisted that it’s a smoke free environment. Definitely need to be more professional. Air conditioner needs new filters I had to buy some air freshener to spray the filter so the room would smell like me( a million bucks). I digress."

"Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion "

"We got there our sheets were not changed. I had to wait like 30 minutes for someone to show up in the front desk to get cleaned sheets. Finally someone showed up and I asked them for new sheets and they provided me with even dirtier sheets. Needless to say, I am never staying at this place. I had no other choice because we had traveled 4 hours to get there and there was no other hotel we could stay at because there was a concert happening that weekend."

"I reserved this room for my daughter’s first wedding anniversary. I was alarmed and soo embarrassed when she called me and said no way they could stay there and had to go elsewhere. I also recommended it for a friend looking for a place near us do ti the celebration of our babies first bday, since they came from hrs away. They too were disgusted with the conduit the room and lobby. I went by the photos in the website. That’s terrible to advertise one thing and have another. Just the smell...

"Roaches and mold"

"Everything is disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere, no smoke detectors in the rooms, the doors barely have a lock and look like they’ve been broken into before, smoke holes in the sheets, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, everything smelled like smoke and mildew, random pieces of wood left in the room, pieces of the wall have been ripped off or there’s holes in the wall, I could keep going on. Only stay here if you need a cheap last resort bed to sleep on."

"The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there. Second sign was when I sat a bag on the table and went to take a shower I came back and ants were all over the table. Third, when I was there a little while I saw a baby roach crawling on...

"I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape."

"Satanic hell. Could not get into my room. Fire alarm going off. I called Expedia and got a refund. Others guest smoke, open room with underwear and other unsightly items one does not want to see. Staff that seem they would rather be somewhere else. I had to go to another hotel. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. My worst hotel experience ever."

"Day 1 coming out of the elevator, the hallway on the second floor smell like weed(STRONG). Ask for bed sheets and all that because the sofa bed didn’t have anything, they brought some bed sheets(not enough) no pillows. The lady said she was going to bring pillows and never did. Called the front desk a few times with no answer. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Day 2, got ln the elevator to go down and the elevator smell like dog pee really bad odor"
