"The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous."

"It was cool to have all the art in the lobby. The room was large and mostly clean -- but there was some gunk on the shower curtain and several areas needed dusting. But the service could have been more professional. I know it was slow - but several times when we were in the lobby the staff was just scrolling their phones. "The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The 5:30-7 pm events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was delicious and I met so many people from all over the United States. The lady who was the host was so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. Tonya deserves big Kudos for helping me at check in. The young gentleman who wears a sweater and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I love Staybridges Hotels. Thank you all."

"Wanted an additional $50 to check in to our room at 1:30 so we chose to have lunch then come back. At 3:00 no rooms were available so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check in. If the policy is a $50 charge to check in early it should be a &50 credit to have to check in late."

"Free airport shuttle was convenient. Location was convenient, Felt safe and was able to walk everywhere downtown Lexington, did not need a car or Uber the entire time. Room was clean, cool view of Triangle Park. Only downside was no closet or wardrobe space, no steamer or ironing board available in room.
