"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."

"Staff were professional and helpful. The hotel, my room, refrigerator and shower were very clean. On a Friday night, the parking lot was clean, well lit and felt totally safe to me, a single older woman. And I found the other guests to be quiet and respectful. Soaps/lotions were minimal, but I was only staying one night so no big deal. There is no elevator, so if you have mobility challenges be sure to request a first floor room. "Kitchen, low noise, comfortable bed"

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy."

"The entire hotel and grounds were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Lastly, but certainly not the least, the breakfast is the best breakfast, they don't skimp. I can't wait to stay at Holiday Inn Express again."

"Hiking trails were great. Not all facilities were open as advertised. Room was fairly sparse and we were given a room at the very very far end of the 3rd floor which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was not in a way full. Overall disappointing stay and not worth the money spent."
