"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Nette Apartments mit sehr schöner Einrichtung. Der Kamin läd zum Abends verweilen ein und die Küche war mit allem wichtigen Ausgestattet. Einzig die fehlende Seife im Bad wäre zu bemängeln."

"there was a reservation for 4 people two adults two children upon arrival we were met by the managers later they saw our family and contacted the owner then they demanded an additional payment of 150 PLN from us for the fact that the children are not children And they are considered as adults although the age was indicated on the site children after that we turned around and left do not recommend this hotel to anyone because there are extra hidden charges"

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. "Hele hotellet var nyoppusset og delikat. Alle vi møtte av personale var veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Frokostbufféen var helt fantastisk :) Vi kom med bil og kunne velge mellom innendørs eller utendørs parkering mot avgift. Beliggenheten var helt topp, nydelig utsikt mot fjellene og passelig gangavstand til sentrum."
