Complexe assez éloigné du centre ville mais de très bon standing - sans charme particulier il permet cependant de profiter pour une étape de tout le confort moderne avec une qualité d'accueil et de service de très bon niveau.

Good Experience
Really beautiful property! The staff is warm and welcoming, definitely a huge plus. The property is lavishly green and spread over a large area. We stayed in the Luxury Villa w a pvt pool, the room was clean and pretty, though the outside sitting area with the room has space for improvement. Breakfast was an amazing experience, with great variety. Even in desserts they had a number of eggless and vegetarian options. The resort also offers manyy activities (sports, dining experiences, adventure activities, movie theatre etc.). The polite staff definitely made our stay better and a special thanks to Mr. Avnish, at the reception and Mr. Pushpendar, one of the serving staff at their restaurant. Definitely a place to visit again!

I think it’s a great place to spend time in a group. I think the place will be amazing in summer months too. The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful.

Disappointing Experience
It was quite terrible from start. 1. F&b - Made us wait for 45mnts for breakfast and then gave us a very dirty tables, no napkins or cutlery provided until reminded serveral times. Place was badly managed with respect to ambience and behaviour of staff. 2. Their highest end room had a distinct smell of cigarette & Alcohol. We had to request for change of bedsheets and covers along with deep cleaning. 3. In room dinning was equally terrible. They sent us food without any plates and cutlery. 4. We had specifically asked for sight seeing guidance which was completely misinformed and we had to spend 3 hrs extra at one of the sites waiting.

Hotel of Pushkar - Lovely Birthday Celebration
It was my mother's 50th birthday for which we went to stay at the hotel. The arrangements done by the hotel were very good and way beyond expectation. Also, the hospitality was very warm and humble. Loved ur stay at the hotel and will recommend others to also have an experience there for sure.

Most disappointing stay. Not the standard I thought I had booked and paid for. Had booked packege with dinner, was a total ripoff :( Hotel had two different menus for dinner, a very limited one for those that have already paid in advance to another al acarte one. Restuarant staff put out their hands and just grab stuff off a bowl/basket while another is going past them and put it into their mouths. They have no problem tasting food in front of guests. Also there seems to be only chaos with the staff in the restuarant. No organisational skills whatsoever. Too many flies around, and they sampled the breakfast before you did. Waited for an hour before a finally received the bathmat I requested. Staff have a problem communicating in English. Even the complimentary English speaking guide that they had provided when I booked the hotel car, did not speak a word . We just had to rush behind so as not to get lost in the crowd. We was so disappointed and miserable ( and hungry) that we checked out a day earlier than intended.

Although the Westin in pushkar is supposed to be the nicest in the area, i was disappointed by the customer service and attention to detail at the property. The room was freezing. So cold they had to bring in a small space heater (two as the first didn’t work and the second was so poor that i had to put it next to my bed and sleep clothed under two duvets. after a long journey i wanted to take a bath but as the hotel was solar panel powered the hot water did not get hot enough and the water pressure was poor. They charge for a menu of baths to come and be run for you which is a great idea but in practice very poor as they were not prepared nor were the staff good enough at preparing. They were constantly running back and forth from the room to get more things and in the end boiling my kettle for hot water. It was a disaster, one that i paid 2500 rupees for the pleasure of having. The towels were not soft nor fluffy, and the room was very stark and sterile. I was deeply underwhelmed. I shall not stay here again.

Nice property in desert
Excellent property,nice food ,excellent service, it was a good experience value for money. Quality of food is par excellence we had dinner at the property Thai Curry was out of the world. I will recommend the property to anybody who wants to relax for few days. Staff is responsive easy to deal with, very helpful. Property is one year old does very fresh sports facilities are available in property. The experiences unwinding it is far away from the madness of city in between forms in hills on one side.
