"Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in. The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast"

"Stay was pleasant overall. The Suite we stayed comes with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and is well equipped with washer,dryer,oven,fridge,rice cooker,toaster and coffee machine with complimentary coffees. They provided a good amount of utensils and cutlery as well.Request for items was sent quickly. Room is new and clean and the surrounding is very quiet. There is a grocery store and some cafes/restaurants downstairs."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at OZO Medini! The hotel is quite new, and everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable — we had a great night’s rest. I was especially impressed with how spotlessly clean the bathroom was. Everything was neat and well taken care of. Check-in and check-out were also smooth, quick, and seamless, which made the whole experience even more...

"Everything about the hotel was dirty. The carpeting, the rooms, the cafe where breakfast were served. The bathroom at least was clean but the showerhead was mouldy. Staff looked like they were just hanging around and not really bothered if you cared or not. None of the rooms, we booked 2, looked like what was advertised. We were really disappointed with this stay. Couldn't wait to check out."
