"The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. When I arrived there was a gentleman who had a problem with his tv and had to be given another room. I brought food with me and put it in the fridge only to find out the fridge did not work and the food went bad, They told me no one was available to fix the fridge. "Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. "There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. This one sucked."

"It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!"

"Bed base is sheet metal and sounds like a very loud drum if at minimum, brushed against. Suggest some spray foam coverage on inside, or glue some fiberglass batting to dull or negate the noise. It's troubling to hear (I wear hearing aids) if spouse brushes up against it while walking by. "
