"Very nice staff, especially at breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. Great beds. Only gripes were the incredibly loud ac unit outside and the hotel was very expensive for what it was. But supply and demand I guess. It was a busy weekend in Richmond "

"We stayed here in February of 2020. At that time the hotel was great. This past visit was disappointing. Supposedly the property had been completely renovated, but it was not as attractive as it had been in 2020. Also, even though there is a parking lot, we were charged for parking. On a positive note the staff was very nice. Overall, I would not recommend this property."

"My son got an asthma attack within few hours in the room, not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean or dust in the carpet or something else. We rushed him to the ER around 2am in the morning and he had to be admitted. "

"The property and room was wonderful. The staffing in the morning was a little unfriendly but the afternnon/evening person was delightful, We loved having all of the ammenities of the room. We would have loved it even more if they had a hot tub. Very clean and comfortable Beds "

"We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms.
