"The staff were amazing and so helpful! This particular property has a split indoor/outdoor pool feature that my kids did enjoy. It also has complimentary breakfast and dinner options with an added bonus for adult guests 21 and older (wink). All around, everything was a great first-time experience for me because I had never stayed with this chain before. My room was spacious with gorgeous views. And my room was immaculately clean. Definitely will seek them out wherever I stay from now on"

"Nice room, safe environment. However, the breakfast offerings in no way matched the photos on Expedia. Photos showed two or three Belgian waffle makers and a hot food station. There were, in fact, zero waffle makers and a sad offering of powdered eggs and limp bacon. No fresh fruit and a paltry offering of one muffin type and some toast and bagels. Disappointing."

"Not a great place. Basic amenities in a not so great area outside Richmond. You get what you pay for…bed was clean. Towels were barely towels. Front desk was behind a plastic barrier….not a great sign when you first walk into the lobby. Clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in."

One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. That is the first night for their experience the second night of my experience, which is actually more troubling. Was that I encountered someone having the ability to use their hotel room card...
