"This was my first stay at this location and when I tell you how amazing this place is. I was greeted by such a nice man (Bryan) upon my arrival, he was just so courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I didnt get the other 2 staff members name, but they both were equally nice. Now, this was the cherry on top for me and that was the Breakfast Bowl prepared by the kitchen staff. Again, I didnt get the lovely lady's name that assisted me Monday morning, but between the delicious breakfast bowl and...

"We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future."

"The room was nice needs work in bathroom wallpaper. Beds comfortable. Did not have enough washcloths in room for 2 people let front desk know and was given cloths and bath mat immediately. Lobby was clean. Pool and hot tub was great. Nice quiet location with plenty of shops and restaurants No other complaints. Will get up for breakfast. I believe that will be great . Thank you for all the hard work. The staff was awesome."

"Location was great with a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Just under a 20 minute drive from downtown Richmond so I was able to enjoy a quality hotel for a more reasonable rate and parking included. The room was clean, minimal wear and tear, and a friendly staff. They were more than happy to provide extra bottles of water. Would definitely recommend for travelers of all types. "
