For the most part the hotel was acceptable in all aspects. The manager (middle eastern gentleman?) went over and beyond his way to accommodate and welcome us to the property and was super nice!! The downfall to this location is the homeless population that lands on his doorstep loitering on premises, using restrooms, etc. which I’m not sure how much control he has on that? But the property was clean, convenient location and priced competitive.

Absolutely! Here’s the full review all together: “We recently stayed at this hotel, and while we loved several aspects, there were a few disappointments. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating—whenever we had a request, they were happy to help, and the receptionist who welcomed us was especially warm. The breakfast was a real highlight—unexpectedly amazing, with a great variety and fresh options. The amenities were also perfect and worked flawlessly—especially the air conditioning, which kept the room really comfortable. That said, we did notice that the cleaning wasn’t up to our expectations—there were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, a good stay, but with some room for improvement.”

The facility was pretty run down. Peeling paint, shower head off the wall. Lady behind the desk couldn’t really communicate. Locals were hosting a party at the guests pool which made it inaccessible. Not the best experience.

Not sure what is the issue with TVs that work and the ability to get channels that you can get through apps, this needs to be upgraded in this property badly. The toilet in my bathroom, why does the seat have to be so low and it needs to be checked because it stopped flushing the plastic ring in the inside of the tank detached and had to be put back on to have the ability to flush.

Breakfast was fine! Employees were fine! Room old tv remote never worked! Shower old and most of all 3rd floor elevator never worked always walked down. It would go up but never came once it was requested. They knew of the problem such an unconvince!!!!

No variety for breakfast - only apples, no yogurt or muffins/pastries/wheat bread the first day. Rooms need to be updated - shower rod was hanging out of the wall, cracks/dents/marks in walls, very old, small tv, beds need to be replaced. Some issue with the elevator to the 3rd floor but we were on the first floor. Staff was friendly.

This place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and will definitely never stay there again. The lady at the desk (I think she was one of the owners) has no idea what customer service is. There was a staff member who came it later that was great and very helpful. There were dirty sheets on the pull out bed, the room was very musty smelling. The elevator was filthy, and one of the pictures on the wall fell on my 28 year old grandsons head. When I reported these things to the front desk (same lady that I believe to be an owner), her response uhuh, and sorry (you could tell she could care less). Not even a real appology,. If you're thinking of going here, look again, it's not worth it.

The items in the room needs to be changed or upgraded. The heater/Air conditioner was too old, it’s very loud while it was on, it keeps making a loud jump noise every 15 mins. I keep waking up every few hours. Didn’t have a good sleep at all. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. The TV needs to be changed. It’s small and the graphic sucks. Someone turn the pixel to max, and it made graphic hard to see. It was hurting my eyes. The tv remote didn’t have any buttons to fix it. The dresser doesn’t closed, it keep sliding open by itself.

The room was not very clean. We pulled back our sheets to find a booger, indicating they had not been changed since the last guest. There was a questionable substance on the lounge chair in the room. Roaches in the pool room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool itself was fun and clean.

Clean spacious bedroom with a large bathroom. The AC was great and kept the room comfortable. The Gym was okay. I just used 1 of the treadmills. It had 4 pieces of equipment. The Staff was great and the location was perfectly in the city of Richmond
