Hotel dekat River City Sportsplex

"Fix the water pressure and warmth of your showers!!!"

"TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done."

"This is our second time staying at the very same hotel location. It’s nothing grand but good for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. There were plenty of offerings for breakfast plus good coffee!"

"everything"

"The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!"

"Everything was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. If you need a super cold room to sleep, consider bringing a fan. The building is brick and wasn't built with air conditioning, so they are limited on where they can install the individual units. It worked fine, but its location limited air flow a little. Not really any fault of their own. Breakfast was great as well."

"Room was great. Separate bathroom and bedroom off the Kitchen/Living Room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities."

"This place was a dream. Lovely facilities, lovely outdoor space, lovely staff. Looking for a reason to go back to Richmond just to stay at this location. Extremely charming without sacrificing nice amenities"

"deben mejorar las opciones que hay de comida para huespedes ya que esta fuera del area de restaurantes"

"Need a better breakfast than what was offered"

"This is my first time at this property. I traveled alone and the hotel was located close to the event I was attending and I felt safe coming home late. Everything about the room I had was perfect. Love the bathroom features, kitchen nice and clean equip with all you needed even though I didn’t cook. I would definitely stay here again."
