"The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return. "

When I arrived there was a gentleman who had a problem with his tv and had to be given another room. I brought food with me and put it in the fridge only to find out the fridge did not work and the food went bad, They told me no one was available to fix the fridge. "Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs"

"Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
