"Room was spotless, warm and tidy. Towels available and body gels, including spare loo roll! Breakfast was freshly cooked and served along with yoghurt, fruit and cereals too. The staff were unbelievably lovely and welcoming. The location of the hotel is brilliant too. 15 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to local costcutter/petrol station, 10 mins to The Cliffs restaurant. If youre looking for a quiet, sea side break, its absolutely the place to go. Pwllheli is a quick 15 mins drive and Aberosch 20 mins. Great location! "

"Just bed for one night "

"No breakfast, no bar, no food or drink at all. No staff on site, No heating in morning, 4c in room !!! Window full of condensation, Kettle wouldn’t fit in sink to fill up."

"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

"Large property with lots of space. Nice kitchen and outdoor sitting area. Modern decor and very clean. This was home away from home and was fully equipped. The only issue was that the WiFi was not working. We did not reach out to get it rectified. "
