"Expensive, but nice"

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. "

"the hotel property and facilities are great, the service over the top. The beds are very hard but they accommodated us with mattress toppers which helped. Only draw back is the wine prices are over the top for what the wines are and i know a profit is needed but not three times the value. A average wine ( by any measure ) costs some 2-300 euros- ridiculous and as well they cannot make a regular alcoholic drink ( as is typical in many European hotels) so just buy beer. Also never saw the tiniest...
