"The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed"

"View was great. Everything else was not. No ice. No AC. It was not working. No heat. Towels were terrible. Almost no cotton on them. No staff on site."

"I paid over $900 to stayed for 4 days thinking I was getting a luxurious suite not one day I was there did I feel happy. The rooms are dark and depressing, the rooms are just like any average hotel room, No cellular signal, the wifi was weak, and breakfast was nasty every day. One of the days they served rotten fruit salad for breakfast. Trying to get out of the street the hotel is on can be difficult certain times of the day due to the location. Most of the rooms does not have a view."

"Room was okay, but not the cleanest. Rug was poorly vaccummed as I was able to find quite a bit of dust and dirt. Beds were okay, but not great. Lighting in room was very dark. The pool was warm, but isn't the most update. Jacuzzi, which I was really looking forward to was down. Our room was close to the pool and the music was nonstop from the time the pool opened to when it closed. We also had the fire alarm go off at 130 am our second night. Breakfast was decent. Overall an okay stay and would stay again if needed, but everything was rather run down. Staff were nice and friendly."

"Had to wait 20 minutes after check in for our room to be ready. Only to have no trash bags in the trash cans, hair in the shower, and sticky night stands. The staff is friendly, the pool is clean as well as the rest of the public areas. Breakfast was decent but not great. Had an overall pleasant experience though."
