"We had an excellent stay at Hotel Dali and truly enjoyed our time here. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay—the staff were absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the wonderful service and hospitality from the restaurant team.
The cleaning staff were also efficient, friendly, and did a great job keeping our room comfortable and well maintained.
Our only criticism would be the front desk experience. With the exception of the lovely woman who checked us in and out, the front-desk staff were generally less friendly and welcoming than we expected. A warmer approach from the reception team would have made an already excellent stay even better.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Dali and would happily recommend it, particularly because of the excellent restaurant, housekeeping team, and the overall quality of our stay. We liked the location of the hotel which was across from a park and a short walk to Chez Sebastian which we had a meal there a couple of times. Great service and food."
