"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...

"Hôtel qui va bien pour « dépanner » une nuit. Et encore que si nous avions anticipé nous aurions dû louer un airbnb. Toilettes et douches communes, chambres sales. Odeur de cannabis et cigarettes dans les couloirs qui sont imprégnées dans les chambres. Franchement nous y sommes allés avec nos enfants c’était lugubre. "

"Located across the road from Gare De Lille station for local connections and only a 5 min walk from Euro Lille if getting the Eurostar. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are well maintained with comfy beds and a nice shower. L’Occataine shower products. Tea and coffee facilities are provided on the first floor throughout the day. Great breakfast. This was our second stay here and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Rosa. "
