"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"

"This place is rated a 5 star resort. It is definitely not! Resort is beautiful with pristine beach with turquoise clear water and very vibey and youthful restaurants and bars. But staff are not 5 star standard. The staff are not helpful and if you ask for assistance they seem bothered. This included waiters, bartenders and beach staff. Housekeeping also did not change garbage, refill coffee pods and made bed half assed. The room itself was fine, nothing extra ordinary. Shampoo dispenser kept...

"Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....
