"Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again."

"There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone."

"I only stayed here for one night so I didn’t get to know this hotel too well. I had a ticket to Machu Picchu at 6am so I arrived the day before. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Check in and check out was smooth. The room was nice and we had a nice view of the river. The hotel was near the bus stop where we got picked up to go to Machu Picchu so that was a plus. "Right in the center of town, we got up in the morning (they actually packed up aTakeaway breakfast for us) and walked four blocks to the train. They were actually very helpful the next day when it turned out, our agent had not planned for our return to Cusco so we got back to the hotel and they called a friend who got us a taxi. We were pretty tired. They went above and beyond. I’d recommend this place to anybody going to MP"

"The property is up of a 60 steepy wet slippy step staircase.(Dark at night time). Not recommendable at all for elderly and knee or hip issues. I was changed by the owner for a nearby hotel(1min distance) called Gringo Bills, but instead of my queen size bed bedroom(i had paid) i was given a rough single bed bedroom, the abat-jour not working, cold sink water, plus the room was next to the breakfast and reception so impossible to sleep as people go for it at 5/6am and the housekeepers started...

"Muy bien situado en el centro de Ollantaytambo. A menos de 10 minutos de la estacion para ir a Machu Pichu. Tranquilo y limpio. El desayuno no es muy extenso, pero por el precio y la categoria del hotel esta bien. Si tienes que madrugar te proporcionan picnic, y se agradece. El peronal es atento y agradable.
