"This apartment hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. BUT: 1. No one speaks English, not even the managers 2. You cannot book food to your room AND you cannot use their credit card machine because it asks for a 6 pin and a 4 digit pin will not work. I tried the trick of adding 2 00s to the end but that did not work either. I spent hours trying to a) order in-room breakfast and b) pay for it.
