"The air conditioner made horrible banging noises waking us up (room 543) my son was in 544 and his air conditioner grate dripped. I told him I’d take the drip over the clacking and banging every time it clicked on. The floors were not clean. It all looked like management needs to supervise house keeping and maintenance better."

"Or ac didn’t work, the ceiling was leaking water from the light fixture and we were on the second floor so God only knows what was going on in there. The curtains and bedding was stained in our room and our friends room. Their air worked slightly better than ours but not by much. We went outside to try and cool down and as soon as we step out the door I noticed that it looked like the entire ground was moving as millions of ants were crawling around their trash can and into the building. Honestly it was very hard to stay there."
