"The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were...

"It was fine. I slept well, but I want to let you know that the front desk person was very hostile. She does not care about her job at all and seemed to want to be unhelpful. I was asking about where to park, about the shuttles and she bit off every word she said. it was very disconcerting.
Also, why in the world don't you have automatic doors? There we were all pushing with luggage.
Please mark where long term parking is."

"The place is extremely clean and the rooms are laid out well and very comfortable except the pillows and the beds are really uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy in the bed is like a rock. They really need to put a topper on the beds. Everything else was great, and the breakfast was very good. If the beds would’ve been fine we would’ve had an excellent night sleep, but we had two rooms and neither person of the rooms had a good night sleep for two nights."

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent except for the first day the front desk lady showed a don't really care attitude if you stay here or not. Asked about the bus to town she said its a stop out there offered no info as far as cost or exactly where the stop was. Just nothing welcoming attitude. The other personnel were great a lady ensured I found my room when it looked like I was lost. The lady that setup the breakfast was really nice."
