We had to put air fresheners on the air conditioning to make it bearable. We left some personal belongings and after calling the staff already threw them out instead of just holding them in case we would call back asking for them. It’s not worth it, even for the cheap price"

"The motel is in disrepair with external stairs being uneven and having exposed nails and torn carpet. The inside of the room was dirty in the corners, there was hair in the sink, and the sink was clogged. The bedding and sheets seemed clean, however."

"The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"The room was very nice but the shower had mold all around the bottom. The bathroom had motion sensor switches and the lights went off when I was showering. This is dangerous! They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel but there is no place for a good cup of coffee. We love the Saratoga area and will be back."

"I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over.
