"The hotel is run down and really dirty, it has an unknown odor probably from trying to slap paint on a closed old hotel and make seem new. The hvac system was so dirty and moldy I refused to turn it on out of fear for my respiratory system. The amenities (or lack there of) needed to cleaned better (mainly the refrigerator which had rice in it), and the linen was obviously not changed in a while especially the pillowcases. The pictures on the website are not always the same as the actual site, but what I saw was a total fabrication. Would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to house your pets if you care about them."

"The best part of this hotel is the location. The staff are all excellent snd go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is old and needs renovations, but the rates are good if you can’t afford a 4-5 star accommodations. "

"The housekeeping does not clean the room -- only did the bathroom. The rooms are very dated with stains on the walls. Carpeting is old. But, still worth it as the location cannot be beat. Just remember to put on the fan setting on the air conditioner to drown out the noise of the nearby fire station"
