Overall i enjoyed the room but had someone walk in on me using my code( I believe it was a mix-up on the managers part) and it took a few days before I received the wi-fi password. Overall though, I enjoyed the room itself but would most likely rent with a hotel next time as even the laundry needed coins to use.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting my daughter for Temple Homecoming! It was an affordable and lovely accommodation. The check in process was easy and staff was easily accessible by phone and email. The property is cute and well maintained. I tried several times connecting to the television with WiFi but it did not work for me. Street parking was readily available and i could see my car right outside the window from my room. The inside was nicely maintained and smelled good! however the outside and surrounding areas need some attention. It was overall a good stay and I would stay again.

The interior of the property was acceptable, but the surrounding area was disappointing. The streets looked run-down, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. The property is located in a largely neglected area, with many vacant and poorly maintained apartment buildings. Overall, the surroundings significantly affected my experience, and I would not recommend this property.

Management was nice and friendly and accommodating. Building is in a bad looking neighborhood but looks can be deceiving. Great community. Just be mindful. Also inside looks completely different than outside. Remodeled and nice.

The room was in an old building in a run-down neighborhood. However, the inside was recently remodeled and in good, clean condition. The property is quite a walk from the subway, however city busses stop nearby. You can actually call and speak with someone if you need help. However, some of the information you get is incomplete and sloppy. The biggest issue for me is the security deposit. You must send them cash via Apple pay, Zelle, etc. before they'll send you the entry codes. I left 5 days ago and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned with no communication from the property.

An ideal spot for single, twenty to middle aged traveler not interested in exterior aesthetics and traveling on a budget. It's an out of the way location in the heart of north Philly but blends in so well with the neighborhood, you'd never believe the quality of it's interior and security. Parking is typical inner city. Set your vanity aside and enjoy it with an open mind.

It was good for the price but two days before my booking start I have to pay 200 more for incidental fee but I was okay with that because it was supposed to get it back two days after my booking end but then they said until they check if everything was okay but it’s been almost a moth since my last day and I have been calling and sending messages but they said that they send the money already but they don’t know how long it will take till I get it on my account and another thing the location was not the best, at my second night someone broke into my car they broke a window with a brick and took 5 dollars that I had on one side of the door and I had to pay 300 for another window, I trip to Philly 3 to 4 times every year since 2022 and that never happened to me
