"We had a wonderful stay at Melia Valencia. Although we were initially given the wrong room, Laura from The Level resolved everything quickly and professionally, making the experience completely stress-free.
The hotel is well connected by bus to the Old Town (62), Malvarrosa Beach (99), and is only around 15 minutes from the airport. Upgrading to The Level was well worth it for the exclusive lounge. The pool was a little small and busy, but it didn't affect our stay.
Breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety each day. A special thank you to Fran, whose warmth and attention to detail made every morning memorable—he even remembered our breakfast preferences and noticed when we'd missed a day. We'd also like to thank the fantastic breakfast team, especially the three Marias and Catia, who made us feel genuinely cared for.
Celebrating my 40th birthday here made the trip even more special. Thank you to everyone at Melia Valencia for your kindness and hospitality—we hope to return!"
