check in details were not sent to us by 4:00pm we had to call numerous times well after 4:00pm to gain access. Another family had the same issue. The room itself was nice and spacious for our family. This was an amazing location for the Quebec Christmas Market! Room was clean and spacious. Loved having little kitchenette! Right in the heart of Old Quebec. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Host was responsive and attentive. Great info for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac, but having to walk up 4 floors, the last with no handrails, was a safety risk for anyone over 60 or mobility issues. The room was tiny and bed pretty hard.
