Great location! Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Getting hold of a staff can be a challenge since they are not on site - requires a few call attempts if you need additional toiletries.

Bed was not that comfortable. Absolutely no check in time before 4:00. We arrived at 3:30 with our code and room was not cleaned. Got cleaned by 4:00, on the dot. We waited in hallway. Poor instrucions for luggage storage. Location was great!

Space was clean and functional. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. One bed made noise any time someone moved in it. Bathrooms were very nice. It would have been nice to have dressers or at least luggage racks in each room.

I love this place. It feels you’re home, very cozy, very comfortable, the room is so clean, had the very best rest after a long day of exploring old Quebec. The place is very close proximity to the tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and I had no issues if I have questions. I highly recommend this place. No regrets, I love this place, would definitely come back…😍😍😍

Great place, but please be aware that the 3 bed 3 bath lofts have no hairdryer, and coffee and tea are not provided, and one of the bedrooms has no door, just a curtain to pull across so privacy is bare minimum for the people in that room....other than those issues this place is fantastic!

Overall great experience, and property is fantastic and in great location. We enjoyed the stay - everything was clean and nice. Only hiccup was with optional reserved parking - as we were travelling all day, did not see the email come in for parking confirmation by 9 am until we arrived at 6pm, so we missed that opportunity. Actually ended up working better as we parked at terminal parking which was closer and cheaper. We will be back next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic space, loved having access to laundry facilities. The apartment space was cozy and quite large. Walkability was wonderful! The airport was the only car we took, everything we wanted to see was less than a 30 minute walk.

Everything was walkable. Great location. The floors weren't washed in the suite and paper towels weren't available. Otherwise it was well stocked with the essentials

Size was very comfortable and bright - could use a few things to warm it up and create a softer more inviting atmosphere - small things like dimmer switch on lighting and coffee with filters to make the space more lived in and homey without loosing it’s neat orderly vibe. This is a newly renovated property. There were no issues with check in over the email. The beds are huge and comfortable and rooms are very clean. It is within walking distance to the touristy area of the Old Quebec City, however, it is an uphill walk, so I would not recommend for elderly or people with trouble walking. The only other downside I see is that there are no free luggage storage.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour. Le loft est bien pensé,propre et en plein coeur du Vieux-Québec. Le matelas et les oreillers, par contre, sont inconfortables.

There are no dressers to unpack your suitcase, only hooks. The beds could be more comfortable & the shared hallways are VERY tired looking.

This property is located by the wharf and affords access to many dining options. The only complaint that I have is that I paid for "reserved" parking prior to the trip but this was an open public lot so it was hit or miss whether I could get a spot. Several times we had to circle the lot which was stressful.

Overall a great location. When we arrived there were dirty socks from the previous occupants hanging in the window. We were in unit BA300. We suggest the property owners install curtains as the three sets of windows face offices at the Museum of Civilization, so there is little sense of privacy, also it is full sun so even with the AC it was hot. Next, my wife and I have bruises on our shins as they have a King Size bed frame and a queen size mattress so the edges of the bed frame caught us a few times.

Edge of bed frame protrudes causing injury to shins.
