"Excellent location, spacious room, lovely bathroom and the Bistro for breakfast was great."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful restaurant and bar area. Convenient parking and close to restaurants and shops and historic areas. Everything was very clean. I found that I could hear a bit of noise from the room above and I would have appreciated blackout blinds. Otherwise great and I will return."

"The location is amazing! A quick 10 minute walk from Gare de Palais with one steep block. Perfect location to explore both upper and lower parts of town. Room was comfortable and clean. Hadn’t realized there was a restaurant attached until I got there. I didn’t need assistance with anything g, but staff seemed polite."

"There was black rotten mildew in the bathroom - wow really not nice"

"The place clean and good location but the only issues is the lady in the dinning section was rude and shamed my sister for taking her muffin she couldn’t finish with her, stood at the middle of the room and yelling out for everyone to hear. As a good customer service agent you can walk up to the person and have a word instead of yelling out. Everyone is nice."

"We had our 3 days getaway at Quebec city and we got 3 days of rain. However, the reception staff of this hotel was so helpful and supportive, especially Lauraine, that she stepped out of the way to arrange an earlier check in so we can have a comfortable first impression of the stay. The room is very clean, and all equipment is functioning perfectly. The communication with the staff was smooth and responsive that you feel like you have a concierge desk at site. Location is perfect, quiet but...

"I will definitely book again. Thanks."
