"Very friendly owner and convenient location. Unfortunately the room was very dirty (stained sheets with hair in them), stained towels, lots of dirt on the floor. The bed has a single mattress that was very firm. The location is near a busy road so noise wasn't ideal. Breakfast was good but overall wasn't worth the room issues."

After booking through expedia, they never contacted me to confirm until 15 mins before 4pm on the day of. Expedia tells me this place DENIED my refund request, after having to stay somewhere else and for one less day. If you are booking with your child near the biodome, prepare an alternative location and get you child ready for disappintment, as that is all...
