"My wife and I visited Quebec for our wedding anniversary, and we could not have had a better stay. The hotel has a lot of character, felt very premium, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fun and clean. The restaurant had great food and service and was relatively inexpensive. Room service was delivered promptly. We have not tried the breakfast buffet due to time constraints, but we enjoyed the complementary in-room espresso. We got a suite with an interior facing balcony. We were able to watch the show/concert from our balcony alongside other visitors. The indoor pool/courtyard is a great escape from the winter cold (a resort-like stay to escape the cold without leaving Canada), though, we went there in April and I'm not 100% sure if the pool is open in the winter (but I don't see why not). Beautiful hotel, beautiful city. We will definitely come back to the same hotel when we visit the Quebec again."

"Hôtel avec un manque d’insonorisation important, autant pour la circulation dans les corridors, que les chambres environnantes et même l’extérieur. Nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait à toute heure de la nuit. Nous étions situés au premier étage près des escaliers et vu sur le stationnement. Très difficile de trouver le sommeil avec tout ce bruit."

"The hotel gets 5 stars for location, staff, and room quality. It gets only 1 star for the bathroom. Very little pressure in the shower and the sink has a spicket in the middle of the sink extending down so how do you wash your face without making a mess? Comfortable bed and lots of both English and French tv channels. Add it all up and I give it 3 stars. "

"Très bien de manière générale, toutefois, j’aurais aimé avoir de la crème hydratante dans la salle de bain. Aussi, aucun fauteuil ni de petite table d’appoint comme il y avait avant: il y a donc que le fauteuil de bureau pour s’asseoir, sinon, on se contente du lit…vraiment pas pratique, ni confortable, ni digne de ce genre d’établissement. Stationnement quand même dispendieux (34$): il est possible de garer la voiture juste à côté dans le stationnement payant du manège militaire (12$ pour 12 hres) Le personnel est A1. L’odeur qui se dégage des diffuseurs dans le lobby est vraiment agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre très appréciée. Piscine et spas extérieurs également agréables."
