"A good quality older hotel with decent rooms at a reasonable rate. It is located adjacent to the Grande Allée street which is loaded with bars, restaurants and outdoor patios it is also a block from the Plains of Abraham National Park and Museum and the Province of Quebec Parliament buildings. A short walk downhill leads inside the walls of Old Quebec, a UNESCO heritage site. There is a St. Hubert chicken and rib restaurant in the hotel Valet parking is available for $34 a day."

"Our stay was good but the hotel is a bit old with carpets everywhere, not good if you have asthma. I would be nice to receive a cold water bottle upon arival. The staff were very helpful."

"Incredible place and location! It was what I expected from a Fairmont, and more. Staff was awesome and engaging, we got room upgrade when we checked in (without asking). With a River view…like something out of a post card! Very impressed…I would definitely stay there again. Great job to all the staff!"
