The room was very nice, lacks mini fridge or Keurig, Was supposed to be able to pay when arrived but they charged an old cc on file so that was a hassle since no one was around and expedia did not update. Long thin stairs up to the hotel that were not shoveled at all after an all day snow. Parking is about a 5 min walk away. Cafe attached was nice

Great place to stay. Great food. I enjoyed breakfast at the cafe. FYI There are stairs as there is no elevator. Some rooms the bathroom is in the hall. I had Chamber 2 great size room with bathroom in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is close to shops, dining and entertainment. There is no reception on site so if you need anything it is a little inconvenient, while we were there we emailed the host/owner a question and never received a reply. The cafe downstairs is convenient but the service is very slow, the night staff was better than the morning staff.

Great spot to stay! Loved Cartier Avenue with all the shops, restaurants, and little market next-door! very clean, comfortable room and the breakfast was delicious. This hotel has a lot of character, which is what we were looking for on our visit to Old Quebec.

Wonderful New Years Holiday Stay

We had a delighful time during our 4 day stay. Ideally located in the vibrant Montcalm neighborhood. Breakfast was included in our stay and if we went over the alloted budget on occasion it was well worth it. Property secure and kept clean. We would gladly stay there again and recommend to friends!

Fabulous location. Hop on, hop off is just down the street. Must try Cousins, biggest croissants ever. Room was very clean but beware of the stairs you climb to get to the door.

This hotel was such a unique and wonderful place to stay. Our unit was so spacious and we both truly appreciate the artistic decor. We stayed in Chamber 2 for the 1 evening , at the end of our trip- 2 beds, and a very large bathroom. Everything was layed out so well, vey clean, lovely view. A/c worked great. Everything thought of for our stay and to feel comfortable! Small fridge on the floor. Frodge, microwave, plastic utensils and water cooler on main floor. We Had trouble with the key entry at check in, but communication with staff was quick! Metro grocery store close by with very reasonably priced groceries! We didn't go to the cafe as we had already spent a week in Québec, and our eating out budget spent, but walking past it, looked charming!

great little hotel, in a very central location. rooms are small and cozy. bathrooms are not in the room itself, so a little less practical. the cafe is definitely the highlight, reminded me of paris. best coffee i’ve had in ages.

I love our stay at this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, and great for families. However, there is no reception desk. A lady stops by once daily to clean the room; if she misses you, no one will stop by later. I’d give the hotel five stars if it were for this lady. She opened our doors even when the do-not-disturb sign was on.
