"Very nice location closed to both old and new town. Room was relatively older, but still affordable. Bath tub and shower are so nice. Only issue is very slow speeded Wi-Fi, around noon is fine, but morning and night time, almost nothing can be done."

"There were many negative reviews about this hotel but I booked anyway because it is well situated and very inexpensive. The decoration of the lobby and hallways is outdated and carpets in the hallway have seen better days. However, staff was friendly and helpful and, above all, the hotel was very quiet, ample parking, the room was clean, recently renovated, pleasant smelling and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect choice for me."

"The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. The pool area was very nice and had a lifeguard on duty which was something I’ve never seen before! I wish the pool had been heated and the flooring in the kid zone made less slippery. Thankful to have a place to stay with my dog. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days."

"The location of the hotel is good. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy walk to Chateau Frontenac and old town. Rooms are on the smaller side. No water in the rooms and no kettle or iron provided."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Nous avions demandé d’avoir une chambre près de celle de ma sœur et sa famille et l’hôtel a accédé à notre demande. Nous avions des chambres communicantes. Nous avons aimé les piscines, spas et saunas. Nous avons aussi apprécié les restaurants à 5 minutes de marche, ainsi que les tables dans l’entrée principale et sur la terrasse de l’hôtel pour manger. Il y a aussi 2 bornes de recharge (pas gérées par l’hôtel) pour les véhicules électriques (1,50$ l’heure). Il faut télécharger une application pour les utiliser. Le seul bémol: le stationnement qui était à pleine capacité en fin de soirée."
