"Llegamos a la facilidad y la comunicación con el propietario fue pésima. No logramos tener acceso a la facilidad porque la llave de acceso no funcionó. Tratamos de comunicarnos con el propietario por teléfono, mensajes, llamadas y via Expidea y no hubo manera de tener ninguna comunicación. El quiso de expidea de igual forma lo intento y fue intento fallido. Al llegar a la facilidad tampoco había estacionamiento. Lo poco que pudimos apreciar se veia como en la foto. Habian huéspedes fumando, ebrios y con una actitud muy grosera. En lo personal fue una mala experiencia tanto para mi como.para mi familia."

"We had a last minute change of booking and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is modern and clean with comfortable rooms. The pool is a bit small but fine for a cooling evening swim. Breakfasts were actually very good, and we were absolutely delighted that there was proper cutlery and crockery with no single use plastic anywhere - full marks for that. We asked for a slightly later checkout which was no problem at all. The only downside is the location with no real outside space. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico."
