Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "Preskil Island resort was such a gem for our honeymoon. Had everything we wanted. The beach is absolutely amazing. They had inclusive boating activities like canoeing, pedal boat etc which made it easier for us to enjoy the ocean without leaving the resort. Very close to the airport as well. We stayed there for the first half of our trip and returned for the last night just cause we absolutely loved the place. Highly recommend for anyone."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was very good, with a good choice at breakfast. What really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful all the staff were. Bella was especially lovely she was very friendly, kind and always went out of her way to help us. She regularly checked in to see how we were doing and whether there was anything she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Divesh at the reception desk was always smiling, polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. Sudesh, the shuttle bus driver, was also very nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service really made a difference, and we would be happy to stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with a stunning man made beach. Room was large with huge bathroom double sinks separate shower and bath. Bed was very large with super comfortable bedding. Small patio with seating leading into gardens and beach. Certainly no complaints there. Never had an issue getting a sunbed. Thank fully they have a policy to remove towels after 45 mins if no one is using. If you are all inclusive I would definitely recommend this place. We were BNB and only sis AI for 2 days and went out the other days. I will say there is very little nearby outside the resort you want to visit unless you went into Grand Baie. It's about 12 to 15 mi drive away. Grand Gaube had very little to offer and air was closed anyway when we went through. There a few basic restaurants but not what you want in a holiday. Beach was fine and great for relaxing. Very calm. Free water sports offered included glass bottom boat, snorkelling trip, pedaleos, SUPs and even a short water ski of 2 loops if you can do it. Inti restaurant and bar is very high end and an additional cost although if AI you get a discount and we used it for cocktails which were included. Main restaurant has literally everything. The other restaurants are great but wouldn't want repeated visits to them. The staff were all incredible truly. Big shout out to Kevish in Inti who treated us like royalty.Very friendly approachable guy.He does the free cocktail mixing class. A must don several other free activities too many to mention"

"We traveled with our one-year-old, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Getting around with the stroller wasn’t always easy, but it was manageable. However, we found the staff could have been more helpful on a couple of occasions. One evening, we needed some bubble bath liquid and called reception, but we were told that we had to come and collect it ourselves. With a baby, this meant a 10-minute walk to reception late at night, which wasn’t particularly convenient. Another issue was when we were checking out and needed some help with our luggage, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us. Aside from these situations, most of our stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there overall."

"My stay at SALT of Palmar was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel has a great location with ocean views right from the bed. The food was amazing, breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had lots of variety. The rooftop bar was a perfect spot to relax. Thank you again, I highly recommend this place to travellers."
