"Parking was easy as pie. Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lounge and restaurant had good food options and casual but cozy ambiance. Great location. Decent gym for a short stay. Great infused water in lobby!"

"The stay was comfortable, but the room was only prepared for two guests even though our booking was for four. We had to ask for extra blankets, pillows, and toiletries, and there was no kitchen paper towel provided. The shower glass door was also loose and kept opening on its own. Aside from these minor issues, we had a cozy stay."

"The hotel has a great location for a quick trip to NY. Conveniently located around La Guardia with a free shuttle. It’s a big hotel. I did not personally care about the front desk ladies. Not very accommodating or friendly for being the first contact with the guests. Borderline rude and very inefficient. We were in town for a parent’s funeral, called days in advance requesting an early check in (at 1:00, so not unrealistic). We were told they would try…. And being a Hilton Honors they would...

"Staff was kind and tremendous. All my requests were fulfilled. Even letting borrow the vacuum to use to suck out air from my luggage bags. Very quaint, and charming area. A real experience in Queens. "
